The Goei family had to leave everything behind, arriving in the United States with nothing more than a suitcase.
Settling in Michigan's West side, Goei found himself in a new world, with unfamiliar customs and a foreign language. The transition was challenging, but the hardships he faced only fueled his determination to succeed and contribute to his new home.
Goei's first taste of the American Dream was when he started working as a summer staffer at Eastern Floral. With hard work and unwavering dedication, he transformed this summer job into a thriving business, eventually buying the company and expanding it into a floral retail giant with multiple locations, over 60 employees, and an estimated annual revenue of $5 million.
